About the 2013 Czech Sport - SportCruiser

"The SportCruiser designed by Czech Sport Aircraft was developed and drafted at the inception of the Sport Pilot license and introduction of Light Sport Aircraft. The development of this aircraft was designed by 80 years of aviation pedigree in Kunovice, Czech Republic. Czech Sport Aircraft has solely focused on the designing, research and development of Light Sport Aircraft. Doing so, it has allowed for the SportCruiser to be in the top of its class over all sectors of the world. With over 500 sold worldwide and counting Czech Sport has produced a leading aircraft for the Light Sport industry. The SportCruiser has approvals from both EASA and the FAA giving Czech Sport the credentials that are necessary to provide a wonderful aircraft for everyone.

The SportCruiser is a double-seat aircraft with full-metal construction that is tried and true. The aircraft is a low-wing mono-plane consisting of cantilevered wings and a conventional empennage. Powered by a Rotax 912ULS powerplant, this aircraft is pushing the lead in the Light Sport market. And don’t worry about the increase in aviation fuel prices or the availability of it; the SportCruiser is preferred to be operated on Mogas (mobile gas). This allows more hours of flying with less down time for maintence as well as a happier lead-free environment.

The safety standards and design as well as overly meeting the necessary standards allow for the SportCruiser to be operated for both personal recreational use and commercial use. Due to the robust construction, superior flight characteristics, and ease of maintenance the SportCruiser has become the ideal aircraft for flight training, clubs, military pilot training, as well as recreational use and air tourism. ‘Czech’ it out, you wont be disappointed!"
